• A strategy or plan needs to outline your organisations objectives across the business including HR, Property, Products and Services (where appropriate), Marketing, Procurement, IT and Communications, what actions you are taking to achieve those objectives, who is accountable for each action, what timeframe the action should be achieved and how you are going to measure the outcome.
  • Senior management should be visible in support of your plan, such as including a statement of commitment from them on your intranet/internet and/or an introductory statement in the forward section of your plan.
