Access and Inclusion is the consideration and incorporation of the needs of people with disability in all areas of an organisation’s operations. This means ensuring that people with disability have equal access to employment, training and development, products and services, premises, communication and information communication technology.
For more information about the Access and Inclusion Index and how to use it go to the Overview, How to Use and User Support sections of the website. To get an idea of what the Access and Inclusion Index is about you can do the Access and Inclusion Index Quick Self-Assessment.
If you are a member of Australian Network on Disability you also have access to the Your Assessments and Virtual Roundtable member areas. These areas contain a suite of tools for Australian organisations to use to understand, assess, benchmark and improve their access and inclusion for employees, customers, clients and service users with disability.
To access the Access and Inclusion Index Comprehensive Self-Assessment just go to the Current Assessment tab in the Your Assessments section once you are logged in to the website.
